another random thought...

I was just thinking again about the previous episode...

Remember when Ben was born and his father came out of the woods, there just so happened to be a car pulling up and stopped to help them. In the car was the man who eventually brought his father to the island, to "help" him. However, do you think he was "sent" to get him? Almost like, they knew that Ben was being born and they were sent to recruit him? He could have even known, or caused, for the mother to die, so that they could "help" Roger and ultimately bring Ben to the island and raise him there. The "Hostiles" could be recruiting people just like the Others have done. And for whatever reason, they could have wanted Ben. It kind of reminded me of how the Others wanted to take Aaron as a baby, also how they took Danielle's baby. Maybe that's how it all began, with them coming for Ben. They never really wanted his father (that would be why they talked him into coming there do to research, then he was mad because he was just a work man) - they had to talk him into it so they would bring Ben there. I don't know...just a thought.
